Texas Minority Law Student Program (TMLS)

The TMLS is an initiative of the State Bar of Texas standing Committee on Diversity in the Profession (DIP) created in 2012, and gives local attorneys the opportunity to mentor law students from diverse backgrounds. The program includes a panel presentation allowing participating attorneys to converse with the law students on many topics including internships/clerkship best practices, post-graduate employment; a networking luncheon is provided; and mock interviews are held with volunteer attorneys.

The TMLS program is held during the Spring semester. If you are a law school or attorney interested in getting involved, please contact our office for more information.
