Randy O. Sorrels

Randy Sorrels is the managing partner at Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Aziz, the oldest plaintiffs personal injury law firm in Texas. He is double board certified in personal injury trial law and civil trial law, and is regularly recognized by Texas Monthly as one of its Top 100 Lawyers in Texas. He started his career at Fulbright & Jaworski where he first began his bar involvement. Randy has served as president of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Association of Civil Trial & Appellate Specialists. He is a past Chair of the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation and was a TBF trustee for six years as well. Randy currently serves on the board of directors of South Texas College of Law Houston, where he has established the Randall O. Sorrels Legal Clinics housing 19 different clinics supporting the Houston community. He has been awarded the State Bar of Texas Presidents’ Award and the Judge Sam Williams Award. Randy is a magna cum laude graduate of both Houston Baptist University and South Texas College of Law Houston, and his wife, Alex, is also a lawyer.
