TECHNOLOGY: “Texas Supreme Court Issues Rules for Service Via Social Media,” November 2020, P. 722

I first had to get sub service via social media in June 2017. All should read our friend John Browning’s recent article on the SCOTX approach. Kudos to the judges that were ahead of the game on this but I predict more caselaw, notwithstanding that social media service is, in my opinion, far more likely to effectuate service than publication in ANY local paper or journal.
