State Bar of Texas Judicial Poll

Results of the 2022 judicial poll are available at texasbar.com/pollresults. At the direction of the Texas Supreme Court, the State Bar of Texas conducted a nonpartisan straw poll of contested Supreme Court, Court of Criminal Appeals, and courts of appeals district races on the 2022 election ballot. An electronic ballot was sent to all active members of the State Bar of Texas. Results of the judicial poll should not be viewed as an endorsement by the State Bar of Texas, which does not endorse or oppose candidates. The judicial poll is intended to improve and better inform the public about the legal system and judicial administration in Texas.
