In print since 1938, the Texas Bar Journal serves as a publication of record for the Supreme Court of Texas, a scholarly legal journal, and the association magazine for the State Bar of Texas.

The State Bar of Texas strives to help journalists produce work that educates the public about the legal system and the rule of law. Materials are sent to media outlets around the state.
