About the Offer

TEXAS LAWYERS INSURANCE

Professional Liability Insurance, BOP, Cyber, Civil Court Bonds and More –
Texas Lawyers Insurance was built by Texas lawyers for Texas lawyers, and we’ve been protecting Texas lawyers and judges with superior professional liability insurance since 1979. We have a unique understanding of our state’s legal landscape and provide the coverages and resources you need to be successful.

TLI is owned by its member insureds and is operated by a member-elected board of directors. TLI’s office is in Austin, Texas and its local presence uniquely aids TLI in its understanding of the needs of Texas law firms, while supporting its “boots on the ground” mentality of promptly responding to and assisting member insureds navigating the challenges of practicing law.

Membership in TLI starts with the purchase of one of its various insurance policy offerings. Once insured, member attorneys and law firms not only obtain broad insurance coverage, exceptional service and access to all key decision-makers within the company, but also access to extensive resources, including best-in-class loss prevention education provided through on-line and in-person CLE, weekly Top Tips emails, ethics assistance and a policyholder “hotline.” Of course, most members rave about their ability to receive year-end distributions – a return of excess profits not typically offered by TLI’s competitors.

TLI offers FREE CLE courses to its insured member attorneys, and deeply discounted CLE to all other Texas attorneys. Visit the website for more information.

TLI promises to protect Texas lawyers and their practices with practical support that brings lasting security and peace of mind. With Texas Lawyers Insurance as your trusted partner, you will feel informed, prepared, empowered, and confident in your work and future.

You may also know us as Texas Lawyers’ Insurance Exchange (TLIE) – our logo has changed, but our approach to serving Texas law firms has not.
