Online Lawyer Referral Service
The State Bar Lawyer Referral & Information Service (LRIS) is a public service designed to help match you with an attorney or other legal resource. It is not intended to provide reduced fee or free legal services (legal aid). If you are looking for free or reduced fee legal assistance, please visit TexasLawHelp.org for a listing of available resources.
An initial consultation of up to 30 minutes with one of our
participating
lawyers will cost you no more than $20. After that, if you and the
lawyer decide to work together, a payment agreement will be negotiated
between you and the lawyer for his or her legal services.
The information you provide will allow us to match you with an
attorney
who may be appropriate for your location and area of legal
need. Please note that this is an automated system and the
attorney you are referred to may not match your specific
