Optional Hotel Resort Fee

The hotel will offer an optional resort fee to State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting attendees. Upon check-in, you will be asked if you would like to accept the resort fee at a rate of $27.26/day.

The optional resort fee includes:

• Complimentary breakfast for kids 5 and under (one per paid adult meal)

• Daily access to the Verandah Fitness Club (must be 16 years of age or older to access)

• 15% off VSpa services

• Two complimentary bottles of water in room upon arrival

Cancellation

If an attendee is unable to attend after registering, please contact the Hilton Anatole Dallas directly, at 214.748.1200 to cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel reservations not canceled 72 hours prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee per rate of room plus tax.

Getting to Dallas

The Hilton Anatole hotel is located at 2201 North Stemmons Freeway (I-35E) on 45 lush acres just north of the downtown Dallas, Texas business district - three miles from the recently expanded Dallas Convention Center, 20 minutes from Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport and 10 minutes from convenient Dallas Love Field Airport. The hotel property may be accessed from its bordering streets; I-35E, Market Center Blvd. and Wycliff Ave.

Take I-35E North to Market Center Blvd. Turn left onto Market Center Blvd. and you will see the hotel on the right.

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport:
Take the south airport exit (Hwy 183 East); merge with I-35E South. Go about 4 miles, then exit Market Center Blvd. Hotel is on the right-hand side. The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is about 14 miles from the hotel, approximately a 20-minute drive.

Dallas Love Field:
Exit airport and turn right onto Mockingbird; make a left to get onto 35E South; exit Market Center Blvd. - the hotel is on the right-hand side. Dallas Love Field is about 6 miles from the hotel, approximately a 10-minute drive.
