HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION

A room block has been reserved at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort in San Antonio. All hotel reservations will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to book your room online now, or you may call the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort directly at 210.276.2500, by no later than May 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. When calling to book, please be sure to mention that you will be attending the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting to ensure your reservations are booked correctly. Reservations received after the deadline are subject to availability and will be at the hotel’s current room rate. PLEASE NOTE: Debit Card holders will be billed upon check-in the full amount for their room, tax, and resort fee for the entire stay plus an additional $100 per night for incidentals. Any unused pre-authorizations will be released back to the guest’s account 5-10 business days after check-out. This is also posted at the front desk during check-in. The best way to avoid this would be to use a credit card to secure your reservations, if possible.

MANDATORY DISCOUNTED HOTEL RESORT FEE

The hotel resort fee will be added to all reservations for State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting attendees. The resort fee is an additional $15/night (discounted from $50 for our group) and will include the following amenities:

• Guest room wireless internet for up to 6 devices and local/domestic long-distance phone calls

• Access to the Lantana Spa Fitness Center (min. age 17 years)

• Golf bag storage at TPC San Antonio

• Use of Sport Court facilities, including tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Racquets, paddles, and balls available complimentary at concierge.

• Admission to the resort’s 9-acre River Bluffs Water Experience

• Free self-parking

• Two (2) bottled waters per day in guest room

Cancellation

If an attendee is unable to attend after registering, please contact the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort directly, at 210.276.2500 to cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel reservations not canceled 72 hours prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee per rate of room plus tax.

• Exit 1604 West

• Travel approximately 6 miles

• Exit Bulverde Road and turn Right at the light

• Exit 1604 East

• Get in the Middle Lane

Parking Information

The JW Marriott Hill Country Resort offers either valet or self-parking for hotel guests.

Self-parking:
Included in Resort Fee for Annual Meeting guests who book a room in the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting room block.
Daily: $29 + tax for any guests who did not book a room in in the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting room block.

Valet parking:
Daily: $45 + tax
