Suspension due to non-payment of Membership Fees:

For current-year suspension, log in to your My Bar Page and click Pay Fees.

For prior-year suspension, please complete the following steps:

1.  Log in to your My Bar Page and update your contact information, attorney profile, and directory options.

2.  Contact the Membership Department for information regarding the required forms and the current amount due.

3.  Complete the required forms:

• Credit Card Authorization Form

• Membership Reinstatement Form

• Minimum Continuing Legal Education Form

• Inactive Status Request Form, if necessary

4.  Send the completed forms to the Membership Department by email to memmail@texasbar.com or by fax to (512) 427-4424. You can also mail the forms to State Bar of Texas Membership Department, PO Box 12487, Austin, TX 78711.

5.  Contact the MCLE Department for information regarding your MCLE requirements.
