The Research and Analysis Department conducts
periodic surveys of Texas attorneys on topics
including pro bono,
billing methods, hours worked, and income. Please
note that the findings
presented are based on survey responses from
attorneys throughout Texas.
In order to streamline the survey, hourly rate
information is no longer
collected. Past hourly rate reports were not
designed for nor intended
to be used for setting appropriate attorney fees.
Other factors should
be considered in determining attorney hourly rate
fees that are outside
the scope of these reports. |
