The LAD provides logistical support to six legal services task
forces. Task force meetings offer legal services attorneys the
opportunity to meet with others practicing in the same substantive area
while staying informed on changes in the law. Agenda topics are
set by the task force chair, and most meetings qualify for MCLE
accreditation. The following legal services task forces are
supported by the LAD:
Education and Juvenile Justice Task Force
Employment Law Task Force
Family Law Task Force
Housing/Consumer Task Force
Immigration Task Force
Public Benefits/Health Law Task Force
