The
E-Mail Listserves — A Great Way to Foster Communication
In conjunction with the State Bar of Texas, the Committee has
its own e-mail listserve as an added benefit to section members.
The listserve is presently comprised of all members of the section.
It has proven to be a valuable source of communication among
the members. The section has also encouraged its members to
use the listserve to (i) float ideas about pending legal issues
which are relevant to their cases; and (ii) alert members to
significant new court opinions or pertinent changes in local
rules.
It is our present intention to use this listserve as the main
listserve address for all members of the Bankruptcy Law Section.
