Local and Specialty Bar Resources
TLAP volunteers and staff
are able to make presentations at CLE functions to local and specialty bars
around the state. TLAP provides these services
free of charge to the local and specialty bar associations and is willing
to create a presentation that fits the bars’ needs. Often, MCLE participatory and ethics credit is granted to TLAP
presentations. Please contact TLAP for more information.
TLAP and TexasBarCLE have
collaborated to create a DVD entitled, “Practicing from the Shadows.
Depression and the Legal Profession,” with
an introduction by State Bar of Texas President Martha Dickie.
This DVD is available for distribution so please contact
TLAP for information about how to receive a copy.
TLAP is also making available
its previously published stories and articles for use in local and specialty
bar association publications. At this time,
TLAP is compiling a list of these articles.
