Biography

David Jefferson Fisher is a partner with Orgain, Bell & Tucker, L.L.P. in Silsbee where he specializes in catastrophic torts, personal injury, and business disputes. He is certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Fisher is a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and an associate member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He has served as president of the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from Southwestern University and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Fisher will serve as chair of the board until June 2010.
