Notice of Public Education Hearings Regarding Proposed
Amendments to the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
AUSTIN – The State Bar of Texas has announced a series of public
education hearings regarding proposed amendments to the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
Attorneys who attend the hearings will receive a free half-hour of
MCLE ethics credit.
The Supreme Court of Texas has asked the State Bar of Texas Board of
Directors to consider the proposed amendments and provide
recommendations or comments to the Court by Oct. 6, 2010.
The public education hearings will take place:
